About Mensfitnessprinciples
Empowering athletes across the United Kingdom with evidence-based strength training principles and community-driven guidance.
Our Story
Mensfitnessprinciples was born from a simple observation: athletes in the United Kingdom were hungry for legitimate, no-nonsense guidance on strength training. Too much misinformation flooded social media. Too many conflicting opinions clouded the path to real results.
In 2022, our founding team of certified strength coaches and fitness writers came together with a mission. We wanted to create a resource where technique matters, where progressive overload is king, and where the community lifts each other up—literally and figuratively.
Today, we remain committed to cutting through the noise, delivering clear instruction, and building a culture where every athlete—beginner or advanced—feels welcome to learn, grow, and share their journey.
Our Mission & Values
Education First
We believe the best training comes from understanding the why. Our articles, guides, and resources empower athletes to make informed decisions about their strength journey.
Community Strength
Fitness is never a solo sport. We foster a culture of mutual respect, shared experience, and collective growth where every voice matters and every athlete is valued.
Evidence-Based Practice
No hype, no shortcuts. Every recommendation is grounded in proven training science, biomechanics, and real-world athlete feedback from our community.
